So I bought it and it says "Includes giftable copies of Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII until Monday, July 2nd!". Do I have to add the game to my account to get the two games or just buy it?

Yeah but its in your account.You mean add it to your library. Well, i think you get the gifts either way.
