the art aint so bad, you cannot put fully developed japanese VNs with many ppl working on them into the same basket with indie ones usualy drawn by a single person in his/her free time.
Main problem with this game is it's hilarriously bad translation - VNs are all about story, so good quality text is important - this one is not only very poorly translated (like by someone who is still just learning english), but also includes shitload of errors, misspellings, wrong interpunction, using wrong words etc. Conclusion is that they didn't even bother to do a basic spell check for a game where your text is the most important thing.

Going by what others have said (that the price is as high on Desura as well), is it possible that this is yet another developer having a breakdown? The reviews for it are not exactly stellar, and people seem to complain about the game just not being good at all, so the developer might have decided that it would rather not deal with an influx of new angry people and just priced it in such a way that no-one will ever buy it, while still not removing it from any store pages in case they change their mind?
