Just Look at the Game Hub for the Witcher 2...as well as Skyrim (look for the screenshot with the Japanese Caption)...or maybe you shouldn't

I don't see a link, but Steam is not for children. Adult-content should be allowed. If you are responsible enough to have a credit card, you are responsible enough to be on Steam.

Let's face it though, a lot of people on Steam are children. And their parents probably buy them games, or they bought them retail.

If Valve wants the child gaming market, parents could be allowed to make child-accounts that cut off all of the social networking stuff, and just let's them play games. The entire service should not be sanitized.

And a simple switch to block adult content could easily be done. Let people choose.

You only need to be 13 to have a Steam account though.
But you shouldn't be able to view the game hubs of a game if you aren't old enough in my opinion

Sometime users are creating temp mods in workshop with obscene materials. Even Dungeon and Dredmore workshop has(don't know if its still there) shitty stuff.

So, what's worse, the fact that modders are adding human female anatomy, or Bethesda putting decapitation, limb severing and occultism to a game that is rated M?

Yes the rating system is screwed up(Well in America). Movies with Killing = PG13(Hell sometimes lower)

Nipslip = R/MA.

I see your point, skyrim modding community has gone crazy for female stuff. Skyrim nexus at least keeps things censored until you register.
