I don't know from mind, but I generally check if something is new and dropping in price (which is an instant no thanks) and if not, I check www.tf2outpost.com what I could fetch for it by checking what other people are generally asking and assigning a value just below that.

According to the tf2spreadsheet:
genuine freedom staff = 2 keys +/-
genuine scotland cape = 1 key +/- and genuine bonk boy = 1 key +/-

Having a single item worth more may be better for a quick turn. Otherwise, it is a mostly equal offer for either...so go with whichever you'd prefer.

those 2 keys can get you a game for that is around $2-3

I wouldn't buy any of those items, they are overpriced and will get a price drop soon. I'd look for a cheaper price.
