any mount & blade, other than fire and sword. although they are more "rpg-elements" games than rpg's in the strictest sense. if you like sandboxes, leveling up, and making your own story by interacting with the world then they are great. if you want a more linear sort of gameplay experience where someone has masterfully crafted a story for you, then these are not that.

All of the Ys games. Yeah, they are action RPGs, but they definitely have the old school feeling to them and have all the classic RPG elements, just real time combat instead of turn based. Also, they very rarely go on sale, so definitely good games to pick up during the summer sale.
Ys Origin has a demo if you want to try out some gameplay and see if its your cup of tea, can't say how good the demo is myself since I haven't tried it and got the game before the demo existed but definitely haven't heard anything bad. Here's a video that shows ones of the boss battles for an idea of how the gameplay looks.

So I really want to play some good RPGs this summer. When the summer sale swings by, I'm going to pick up a couple. Which ones should I get? I'm getting Dragon Age Origins and the Witcher 2 for sure. I already have played the Elder Scrolls games, Torchlight 2, LoG and I have Baldur's Gate in my backlog. Are there any hidden gems in the RPG section of Steam? Or any good ones I don't want to miss out on?
EDIT: When I talk RPG I mean less APRG like BL2. BL2 is tons of fun but I'm looking for a more classic RPG feel. Dungeons & Dragons, Final Fantasy, and Elder Scrolls feel.
EDIT 2: People have also brought up rogue likes which are a personal favorite. I have BoI, DoD, and FTL but if others have more, it'd be appreciated.
