So from what I've seen, a lot of Russians do not understand English very well, but with a help of Google translate I was able to talk to a few of them. Some made mistakes (were not perfect, were humans), others do not know that X doesn't work with Y, etc.... So pretty much most of the miscommunication is what giving Russians a bad name. If someone can translate the rules section or something on SteamGift I'm sure there will be less "fakes". Okay, go ahead and flame me ._.

IMO they should not join blindly on a website if they have no idea what the website is about.

Well you never know what their friends are telling them about the website, it might be less they do not know what the website about and more have a friend who doesn't know what the site is about and yet acts as if they do.

I dont think that this will help, because all fake giveaways from Russia was made by 12-15 year olds schoolboys. They will not read rules in any form (even if rules will be in Russian). Better will be just ban creators of fake giveaways and people who gave them invites to this site. This people are blame for my country, because of them Russians not very liked on this website...

I require statistics that what you say is true and that the opposite applies for the rest of the world

Russians are really good at ruining everything they become a part of. Seriously, I've played many games and for some reason they get ruined completely every time the Russian community gets a hold of it. Starting to piss me off.
