Naval war arctic circle, anyone played this before?

Well, it's on Sale on steam and reviews seem to be mixed at best. So has anyone here played it? Any good? And I don't really care bout graphics, not like I can run it at max anyway.

basically also, no save features??? and unrealistic take off and missle hits.
