Can someone help me solve the problem?

I had created 3 tickets for a GA. Every one for a week but no one got a reply. I can only come here to ask for help.

Don't close them and re-create if they are about rerolls. I just had one processed today and the ticket is over 1 week.

The first ticket is about reroll. But I'm not sure that key can be used, so the second ticket is about deleted.
