White listing those with twice as many gifts given than won

I am white listing those who have at least twice as many giveaways than gifts they have won. I need to increase my white list for future giveaways. I appreciate being white listed back or linked to any good steam groups I may not be aware of.

I think its not about how many you giveaway, but how much.
otherwise, a guy could be giving 10 bundles he got for $1 while some are doing 1 giveaway that they spent $20.
Just my opinion.

I use this website to see if they are whitelist worthy.
