I am assuming it's mostly BL3 DLC for you as well. Most of those are wildly overpriced cosmetic packs, which is why they are reviewed so badly. Those might be ok'ish at ~95% off. The story DLC is a bit better on average and a lot of the bad reviews are because of them being quite short for the price. So those might also be ok at ~95% off.
But overall I can totally understand that it's off-putting. Overpriced low-effort money grabs still don't taste too well even at ~95% off. I did buy it now though and completed my collection.

The only thing that Im missing in this bundle is Borderland 2 Lilith dlc, New tales from borderland, and Borderlands 3 season pass 2. I heard the reputation of New tales, is Border land 2 season pass 2 worth it?

If you already have Tiny Tina's Wonderland, from let's say Humble Choice, and you buy Gearbox Chaos Meets Mayhem bundle you can get Borderlands 3 for something ridiculous like 1.32€.

I already owned every object in this so I just clicked 'add to account'.

For me, since I'm just missing a few DLC from other games, Borderlands 3, and New Tales from Borderlands, its showing USD $14.74 for the shebang. That includes all the BL3 DLCs, which is way cheaper than buying any of the BL3 editions or bundles right now by themselves.
