Hints!
2) In a parallel universe
4) It's 1, not one neither ONE, but 1
5) She is blonde and have a super smart brother. He dislike a lot when she's around him and mess up with his stuff.

wow. These 3 hints seem to obscure the answer even more. I thought your original hints were quite clear except for 5).

You can solve it only with the original questions then. No problem.

Oh I did not say I could solve it. Your answers are wrong. If both Avantyr and jessarox say that 4) is the hardest, then you have made the wrong answers to your own riddle. 4) was the clearest of them all. These "guess what I am thinking" games only reveal how clever you are not, if you have not properly thought out your own clues.
Here is a riddle for you: guess a boy's name--He was in my Lit class in college. One more clue: He is blonde and kind of short. Another clue: His sister died in a plane crash. Try googling it! (There have only been so many civilian plane crashes. Facebook her to find her brother.) Oh, and I wanted the last letter of his name, not the first. Hint: she is kind of cute.

Another hint:
5) This very famous american dad and husband makes an expression everytime something goes wrong. Have you said this expression ever? Take from it what you need

The way it should be answered says exactly if it's capital or not.

I think I have all the answers, but didn't worked!:/
1 The TV channel was a guess (as I never heard of it), but I found a logo with the letter in the exclamation, so I think I'm right...
2 (Edited as recommended by Myrsan), was spoiling
3 The char is easy (can't think of any other)!
4 If I guessed correctly, can't miss this one! You said already!
5 I think there are 3 chars (well, 2 lower case and 1 upper case) that fit this description, tried all combinations...
Still trying. Let me know if there are still spoilers for the answer, as I didn't find the answer myself
Have a bump

I thought I had them all right (last one had multiple possibles IMO) but I tried every combination I could think of and still no dice. I even went through every letter, both upper and lower case, for the last one in case I was wrong and still didn't get it. So I must be wrong on one of the other ones. :(
2 is the only one I can think of that I might be wrong on but I can't think of any other possible answer than the one I came up with.

I added some hints. You can try again if you want.

No idea with 1 and 2, had to google it and hopefully have the right ones. 3 should be right, not sure about 4 and hint to 5 just confuses me. Tried some combinations, till now no luck.

...because I'm giving you almost everything! The real puzzle is in the prize :D
Now, how do you get the prize? Answer these 5 questions correctly and some common SG sense is all what you need.
1) There a television channel named with a letter followed by an exclamation mark. What's the name without the puntuation?
2) A scientist name that builds amazing watches, cars, weapons, and many special devices for a special agent?
3) When you are chatting, or writing in a forum or board, you use a character to make a very happy face. What character is this?
4) You... yes, you!
5) There is a character that resemble a cap. Which one is?
Answers
1) I think this was very easy. There is a worldwide media news channel full named "E! entertainment" but people just call it "E!". You should take the E.
2) Who ever says special agents are public persons? This is not in real life, but in a parallel universe. Since the 70's there a famous agent called 007 and a scientist called Q who creates amazing devices for 007. You should take the Q.
3) I'm happy :D (I guess I don't need to tell you the character)
4) This was probably the most difficult. First I call you, and follow an ellipsis. According to wikipedia, it "usually indicates an intentional omission of a word, sentence, or whole section from a text". The you answer "Me?". And I confirm with yes, you! But the "Me" or "me" is two letters. A non english speaker usually misplace the use of "me" and "I". In this case, you replace it with "I" and that was the letter. The hint I gave for this was more precise to get the character. I tell you it's 1, but not in regular text neither number. What other form is widely know to represent a number? Romans.
5) Here I certainly did a mistake. I didn't thought this one very well. I didn't had any question with the answer "d". I saw the character and came to my mind that it resemble to a cap. But in the giveaway comments I was pointed out there are several characters that resemble to a cap: d p P q b. My question was "what can I point out to make the "d" more noticeable than other? Dee dee, from Dexter's Laboratory. Of course, this wasn't so easy because you had to lowercase the character. Sorry for this one folks.
In the end, you got the giveaway code EQD1d which links to this giveaway.
