SG authentication hinges on being able to sync your account to verify gifts have actually been received.
There is no way to confirm a giveaway of in-game currency.
You are free, of course, to manually run a giveaway in the forum for non-steam stuff (I've done this before).

I would love for people to give away in game currencies on here like brawlhalla's mammoth coins coins or rocket league's credits. Would u like these kinds of giveaways? They would maybe be harder to give away or recieve tho bcs the way you redeem them in game.
