30/4 Genuinely surprised I don't have more blacklists since I usually run my mouth off with controversial opinions.
My own blacklist consists of a few from this thread surprisingly and some other peeps that ask for something in return for their "giveaway" I don't have anyone whitelisted because I don't plan to make any restricted giveaways beyond a level restrictment.

Both are low numbers in the grand scheme of things, but you can probably make a few small changes to tip the scale into the good side (if it matters to you).

Sadly, they can see the giveaways and enter them. And the opposite is possible as well.
And no, I am afraid there's no way to know who has blacklisted you. Been searching for a method to do so but nothing, except maybe some Chrome extension.

They could see and enter your giveaways. When you are blacklisted by someone you'll get message about it when you'll try to open one of his GA's page. I've just blacklisted you, so you could check it with my profile here. :) Don't forget to left message here when you'll done to let me know to unblock you again.

I believe you can check by simply clicking on the url while you're signed out, so the BL filter doesn't kick in.
Mm.. from what I've seen, some people BL after you win a giveaway either because you didn't say thanks, or because they don't want the same people winning their giveaways (which I never understood, given the huge amount of users on the site, the odds are unlikely).

Apparently it's an SEA giveaway, so people who aren't logged into a SEA account can't view the giveaway. :/

Ah, I figured it out!
I always whitelist people after I won their giveaway, so it was easy to track down who blacklisted me.
I just added the person on Steam to discuss privately, so hopefully I get an answer soon.
