my titanic picture is broken i paid good money for this fix it asap

Ok so on Thursday my friend Alice told me that I can donate few dollars to SG and in return I'll get a sweet-ass Titanic icon next to my name... I sent the money on Friday and today I log in all eager and... well of course, my Titanic is broken you can only see a midsection with 3 out of 4 smokestacks. I'd like that fixed ASAP, at least show all the smokestacks so everyone knows it's a Titanic and their hearts will go on.
