How do you open the links to the giveaways?
All these old threads being bumped, it's like christmas (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ

Necroing, huh? 10 months isn't that long... right? right? :P
what about SGTools?
I'm a low level 3.63 atm and only had to file for new winners 2 times; both from the same game, same giveaway, somehow they won the same game twice and (obviously) entered at both givs.
Support fixed it but took like 2 weeks to a month, can't remember but it's just one person and he's extremely busy, so yeah.
Seriously man, you kinda need better audience, better entree or another creative better way to filter.

So, to necro this a bit: had to reroll a Level 8 winner on a public giveaway, and now he is serving suspension for a double win. Had another one who had a 4-month-old double win which I didn't bother with.
And this is the top 0.5% of the site's user base…

Re-rolled a level 8 winner of a public GA recently, because of non activations....

I will stick with level 2 for most stuff, and bother support with plenty of re-roll requests.
Most winners are nice people. My Silence GA just finished, winner seems like a nice fellow, who played a couple of Daedalic games before, so I enjoyes giving the game away :)

I still do level 0, but only with IndieGala gift links now, so I can tell if they got the key, no matter what kind of alt email they try to use. I was trying to just throw in some keys to the public and wanted to not bother with too much riff-raff, but apparently I was wrong with lvl8. ^^'

[This is a necroed thread created Oct 2015]
I recently switched (reluctantly) from doing mostly Level 1 and 2 public giveaways to Level 4. Filing support tickets after almost each giveaway (after doing the needful of course) isn't my idea of fun, and I was hoping Level 4 giveaways would reduce the number of regifters and other questionable winners. Unfortunately the results aren't much better, if at all. In the 9 Level 4 public giveaways I created this week, I had to file 7 requests for new winners, 6 of which were approved. Not good.
Let's see if Level 4 Invite-only works better...
[Update: All ended]

I just want to find a reliable way to get good, honest, decent winners. Puzzles are not the answer either, as I empathize with other users who, like me, can't solve most of them. Other suggestions?
A couple of notes about the poll:
Update: The 9 Level 4 invite-only giveaways linked above went much better than the public ones. Only 1 request for a new winner (which was denied, as the user already served suspension for the (relatively minor) infraction). 1 out of 9 is much much better than 7 out of 9, so perhaps not all hope is lost. Now let's see how my 9 whitelist giveaways end. Anything other than 0 reroll requests would be a disappointment, but let's see... Update #2 And indeed my whitelist did not disappoint. No reroll requests needed in any of the 9 giveaways.
