What can I do if the key does not work?

I've created a giveaway but the winner says to me that the key is not valid. I'm 100% sure that the key is valid because I purchased it from an Indie Gala, so it must to work. I asked him to show me a prove but he only has given to me this picture:

It's obvious that this does not prove anything. I've emailed to him my prove that's 100% legal.

What can I do? I've set that the gift it's sent.

Thanks.

PD: I can't register the game because, 1) I already have it and 2) it will be added to my library in case of not having it.

read the FAQ its there for that reason. you will see this line, "Do not submit individual games from indie game bundles, e.g. Humble Bundle, Indie Royale, etc. "

A number of people have reported lately that if you try to enter too many invalid keys (e.g. publicly posted ones that have already been used, ones with a missing letter that you have to guess, etc.) Steam will temporarily disable the ability to activate keys and report any the user tries as invalid. Ask him to give it a couple hours or a day or so and try it again, maybe?

honestly, besides the fact that you broke the rules.

You should do nothing.

If it truely doesn't work, he'll contact SG support in the support tab.

i would say forget about it anyway your giveaway was against the rules and it might catch up to you, unless you send a support ticket telling what happened and since your giveaway was against the rules they might just cancel it out.
