This is a pyramid scam, they ask you to "log into Steam" to redeem your code. The Steam login page is faked.

I remember that was the dumb idiot at my school. He was on the computer and I was like "What are you doing?". He told me he was getting "free PSN codes". It was one of em' pyramid scams. I told him it dosen't work and it don't work, but he denied my warnings...he will suffer the loss of time in which he could've done something productive.

Yeah, I got sent the link by a similar person. It's a pretty obvious phishing scam, but you have to admit, whoever thought of this must be a genius.
