Region locked games

You can't activate a region locked game, can you?

It won't activate.
For the future: it's a good habit to don't mark something as received till you activate it. It's not against the rules if it's within 7 days from the end of the giveaway, but it might make some pple view you with suspition and similar.

Ask him for a reroll, if you afraid of region locking

South Korea is Region-Free
North Korea is Region-Locked

... the Gift DLC you won is Region-Free if you own the game you can use it at will

there are two options for you:
1- add him and discuss about that problem, maybe he will find a free region copy of that game for you ( i'm stuck with this problem before, that guy just find me another ROW copy i actived it well > problem solved )
2- tell him just reroll for another winner and you just let it go :lol:
