Don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer to something. I've done lots of interviews and I like to ask candidates a question or two that they have no realistic chance of being able to answer (these are technical interviews). I just like to see if they'll be honest or if they'll try to bullsh*t me. Make eye contact. Speak clearly (don't mumble or say "um" every other word). Show confidence and be specific about what you've done, but also mention or give credit to the team or your colleagues (if you work on team projects).

When I am nervous I usually take 3 deep breaths before doing something :)

Just stay calm and believe you are capable of getting the job. Have this bump to keep you calm.

Be yourself. If they need you, they'll notice. Advertise yourself, but playing a role won't help anyone.

I think to a certain extent feeling nervous is unavoidable, the best thing is to to do your best to forget about it until tomorrow, so get some friends over and play games or something!

Just make a list of possible questions you might be asked during the interview, and try to answer them. And do homework about the details of the promotion. Preparing in advance is always good.
