You know how you can add non-steam games to your library, like minecraft, so that it will show you playing them to your friends? Is it possible to rename one of those non-steam games to the name of this mythical game that everyone wants to troll people into thinking you have a beta copy? That would be hilarious.

I think valve should just throw it onto steam one day without announcing it.

Are people still getting fooled by fake "official" websites? Isn't that the most obvious thing to check for? If I saw valve.software that would immediately raise a flag. Why would they need to put a period in between? Geez at the very least you could look up Valve on Wikipedia and it would show the correct website.
