I think it works like this: 400 to 1000 is 2.5x times as much dpi, so your would use 2.5 times less sensitivity to make it the same. So, 3.09/2.5 = 1.236 sensitivity. I'm not positive, but I think that is correct. I think there are dpi calculators online that will do the conversion for you.

his current sens is 400 dpi 3.09 sensitivity
