Elder Scrolls Bundle at 20£ on game.co.uk

The "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion® Game of the Year Edition Deluxe" has all the other DLC, other than Knights & Shivering which are included in GOTY. Is there a way to get the additional DLC with the GOTY version of the game? I don't see it as purchasable DLC :(
