It's a very deep song related to the hardships of living in poverty near Rio de Janeiro, being oppressed by crime. The video has a lot of symbolism though.

Toss up between Symphony X and Kamelot (Roy Khan's voice is ridiculously amazing!), but I went with Symphony X...
