That is definitely interesting that it gave you the game you already had) I'll try to look at it.

To be frank, it's hard to tell yet. I can give you numbers, but it doesn't mean anything in reality. User perception is much influential in this case. It's almost impossible for outsiders algorithm to know whether or not you know about some game. That's why the first round of recommendations is the most popular titles that you might like (and probably you know about these titles), but the next rounds are more 'rare indies' focused with more discovery possibility. Anyway I'm still playing with numbers to get the best result for everyone :)

I just updated algorithm, would be grateful if you can check it out again. You have to reinstate user profile (logout - login again).
From that point on algorithm takes into account wishlist and doesn't show wishlisted in recommendations. Also made algorithm more obscure games focused. Hope now it can give you better results ^^

Thanks for note. I update algorithm quiet often, so may be soon suggestion will be better for you :)
