[SUGGESTION] 'Who can Enter': users who contributed more than received.

In my opinion it would be interesting to add another option that only allowed people to join if they gave away more than received.

It was annoying me quite a bit to see people with single digit gifts at best and dozens of wins. In the end, I made a group for it.
