You could have a key that gets revoked (if its from amazon) which can cause it to be removed from the account the game is attached to. This happened to me in a trade but it's only happened once with me. But other that that I don't think you can get a suspension.

technically they can, but most likely if the key is bogus they just remove the game from your library.
