Good horror games on steam?

Alan Wake you don't even have to wait for the Steam Summer Sale for, I'm sure you can find it super cheap to trade for somewhere.

There are a bunch of cool Source mod horror games. You can find pretty much all of them on Desura.

For most of them you only need Half-Life 2 to play them.

Cry of Fear is pretty spooky. I'm only like 30 mins in I think but the beginning is very interesting. Free on Steam so might as well try it out.

Bioshock 1 & 2, though they are not horror games they still have a creepy athmosphere and can creep you out. As a bonus the stories are great!

The Penumbra series, it was made by the same people that did amnesia. I also like the F.E.A.R. games and condemned.
