Ah. Well that's a bummer. It's kind of like teasing you. D: I'm really glad I asked before just going ahead to buy a game, because I did find the United Kingdom site. I was for sure it was safe since I've heard so much about it, but I wanted to double check. So glad I did.

If you're talking about third party site then you're okay, if they'll sell you.
If however you're talking about Steam then they wouldn't let you to check out your purchase anyway.

So, I've heard a lot that games tend to be cheaper on the other Steam region websites than they are in the United States. Am I ALLOWED to say, buy a game on the United Kingdom Steam website for example, and it'll show up in my inventory on the US website/application? Or Steam would take it away from me? I ASSUME since this is talked about, it's allowed but I wanted to make sure it's not breaking any Steam rules or anything.
