Support resolved one of my tickets that has been sitting in purgatory for over a year. Just saying that I LOVE support and all the work they do.

Polls are fun only because clicking buttons is fun. Support is also good, but they are no fun when clicking on them. Thank you for the giveaway.

Well, they are overworked and understaffed. Plus I can't use my year and a half long support ticket as an example to tell people to wait anymore, so that's a thing.

I mean, I saw a thread go up yesterday that wasn't supposed to be up and it was shot down within the minute by Bobo before I had a chance to respond :D

I think I know what one you are talking about and it most certainly did not need to be up, it was a call out of the mods and was a terrible idea.
