Would this work?
I like the fact that users are able to choose which region(s) to include in their giveaways. Flexibility allows freedom of choice.
The idea of having a SteamDB.info link or tooltip is cool, though. People would be able to see which regions require alternate gifting methods.

Displaying the regions +10% or suggesting them would be good, not necessarily limiting. Perhaps bad phrasing on my part, automating it too much may lead to errors or incorrect limits that would create more support tickets unnecessarily

Yeah that's how I read your idea. It's a nice one indeed, although not sure how easy it would be to implement

Nice idea but this site needs primary more support staff... after this features like above...
When you know mods you get some tickets instant solved :3 but if you dont, then you wait days sometimes... user reports are a high pile of shame... these will never be solved...

I also like to suggest a few things since it's the closest thing I can find instead of creating a new topic.
- Include the Reverse Selection options. It's not practical to select more than 100 countries if there are only few of them to restrict.
- Include South Asia in the Preset Regions drop-down menu on GA creation page.

Reverse selection would be very useful, I've changed my idea for a giveaway a few times after checking and noticing how many regions I'd have to select.

Not sure how implementable this is, but....If the regions on the create giveaway page can be linked to the steamdb.info site, then would it be possible to select regions with prices less than 10% for regional restrictions automatically without having to search through the list of countries?
For example:
If I want to make a steam gift giveaway for Cuphead, checking setamdb.info reveals that 5 countries have prices higher than my region.
Swiss Franc +11.52%
British Pound +16.07%
Polish Zloty +18.29%
Israeli New Shekel +19.67%
Euro +36.18%
Based on my region and selecting the 'gift' option, the giveaway page would then allow other regions in the list but restrict these 5 for the giveaway.
