I would get DayZ instead of Fraps, due to Fraps is slowing my games ;x

FRAPS is trash, user Gamebooster, Raptr, Evolve, OBS, DXtory, or any of several others that are 100% free. Then buy DayZ

loss of fps in games, videos it makes will often stutter and go out of sync
Plus as I mentioned, they want you to pay for something that other apps give you completely free.

If you have an nvidia 600 series or later you don't need fraps because of Nvidia ShadowPlay

What do you mean it won't let you? (also seems you have to have something higher than a 650, you do correct?)

I don't understand what you mean by "I have a higher than 600", I think you don't understand a lot about GPUs, what GPU you have? the number it self not necessarily means your GPU is better...

EDIT
Read the comment I made below

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it on a laptop graphics card... I don't remember reading anything that says you have to have a desktop one to use it...

It would seem that you can't use it on a laptop card currently (which I find quite strange, but...) There does appear to be a workaround for it, located here. All it involved doing is adding a -shadowplay to the target of what I would assume is the geforce experience shortcut.
