Recent Region Lock and "Double Packs"

I'm considering buying the Steam game Battlepillars. Was wondering though about the "Double Pack" option since there's no description given on the Steam store page. If I interpret it right, does that mean I get two copies of Battlepillars with that purchase? I did try adding to cart, but the only option it gives is "Purchase for Myself" with no further explanation, and that kinda worried me a little.

My second question is, since I'm from a region-locked area on Steam (yay.) will the gift copy be region locked?

Just wondering if anyone knows. Thanks :)

u get one copy and one gift, as for region lock idk

you will get one copy added to your library and one copy as a gift. The extra copy might not be region locked. And if you want to purchase the double pack as a gift, then you will need a trick to do that.

PSA: As at 22/12/2014 3:45pm GMT+8, 'double pack' purchase in a region-locked territory gives a non-locked copy in inventory :) hope my gamble helps any of you who were wondering whether gifting was still possible!
