Not a bug. If the game only has region free license, Fanatical sells it at a price equivalent to USD/EUR/GBP.

Well I'm in the US and it's not showing correctly for me either. No discount on it. Maybe it was working earlier but it's not now.

edit: probably sold out. not sure why that didn't occur to me earlier.
