You aren't excluded from winning giveaways. Those are just statistics. If you enter a giveaway with 1000 entries your chance to win a giveaway is less than 0,1 %. And I think they are shown there in 1% steps.

That would be correct. Although they display 0.0% for certain days, they don't use the decimal portion of the statistic.

There's no set criteria for it, your number just needs to come up when the random number generator rolls for winner. Everyone who enters a giveaway have an equal chance of winning it.

Hello guys, quick question, there is statistic showing your chance of wining in giveaways, i just noticed that my chance to win got stuck on zero precent for rest of timeline it shows starting tomorow. Only day it shows i have chance is in 100% giveaway with thousands of copies. So, why i'm excluded from winning anything? As far i know i'm not suspended, banned or anything.
