Out of those, I'd go for the LG. LG is putting some really nice panels into their monitors lately. You've got the 75Hz (small bonus over the others, but a bonus nonetheless), and it's the only one with that lists a matte finish (anti-glare), something that's great for daytime gaming or gaming in a well-lit room. It irks me every time I see the chassis finish listed ("gloss black") but not the finish of the actual screen itself. -_-
My personal suggestion? Go larger. Coming from a 32" TV, playing on a 22" is going to be like playing on your phone. At least 24", and I'd definitely recommend 27" if it's in your budget.

Yes and buy an IPS panel. LG, AOC, ViewSonic and Dell are good brands for monitor.

Sounds like the TV might just need some capacitors replaced. It's an easy fix.
My secondary monitor is like 10 years old at this point. It had a few bad capacitors which I replaced when the monitor was dying after a little over 2 years of use. It's been fine ever since, because I put in capacitors that have a much longer lifespan than the Chinese crap Samsung had used in it originally :D.
So before you throw it in the trash, even if you buy a new one, check it for dead capacitors and you might be able to fix it easily and use it as a secondary monitor, like I did ^^

If you've never worked on electrical components before get someone knowledgeable to help you.

So I've dissemble the tv myself but don't see any leaked capacitor on powersupply and don't see any big capacitor on the main board or the tcon board. Since my tv has no problem with the startup I think the problem is related to main board or the tcon board. This is what it looks like when I turn on the tv and after around 5-10 minutes of warm-up it fix itself.
I'll try taking it to a repair shop and let's see what they say :D

Yeah I'm not an expert, so for sure it might be something totally different than the capacitors.
I can't tell by the picture myself, but you do know the capacitors only need to have a tiny bump on the top to be bad?
Basically if they're anything but totally flat on top, they need replacing.
You're saying there's no problem with "startup", yet it takes 5-10mins of "warm up" to work. I'd say that's a startup problem :D.

Yeah, But all of the caps on psu board looks fine otherwise, Tv would take more time to start than normal time(According to some YouTube tv repair videos). But after some google search I saw, for some ppl they just replaced tcon board and that solved their problem, And for some it didn't and they said "I've just wasted 60+usd on a tcon board and it didn't fix anything". So I'll just take it to a sony care or local repair shop and see what happens! :D

I'd go for either an LG or Samsung monitor, I've had a LG Flatron W2486L for over 6 years now and it's still running as good as when I first got it. You should be able to find some nice 24" monitors around for the price you're after paying. There are others you could look at like Acer, Asus, BenQ but I'd certainly recommend LG.

I'm using a Sony 32" Tv as my pc monitor, But looks like it's running out of life(Flickering/Ghosting/Lines)
However I think it's better to get an actual monitor rather than repair the old TV.
Looking for a budget monitor.
I've searched on internet and found this...
LG 22MP68VQ This one offers 75hz with freesync
Dell S2216H
Samsung CF390
HP 22es
What do you guys think, Suggestion are welcome.
