According to SG rules, all you can do is write "someone is scammer" without naming him/her and leave report on steamrep. What you've done here makes YOU a target for suspension.

Unfortunately, it's way too easy to make fake info about scamming, so as a rule you can't call out anyone who is a scammer.

About the rep thing, I already followed it a little bit, seems like people who traded with person he's calling out gave him negative rep too. But yeah, besides that - agreed.
