You know you can already do that by clicking the little icon next to a giveaway title that looks like a cross eye ?

personally i think its annoying to have to see games i already own on my library (just on different title - like complete or goty version), or games i know for sure i dont want to play them...
what do you think?
edit: so after i learned the option is there, let change the offer to make it more obvious option then now (as gonsi suggested) :-)
