The creator has 7 days to deliver the key, but usually they try it within 1-2 days. The green trophy icon that shows you won a giveaway will blink, after the creator added the key and it is available for you.

The user hasn't been online since Christmas, but given the holidays and such allow them a little extra time to send the key,

It's a solid red when you win, and it does blink when the key or link is added. I see you haven't won anything in six months, but it has been that way for the two months since I joined.

They do, but in madsession's case they marked it as not received, that suppresses the winning trophy icon, so it can't blink afterwards.
Let's hope the guy returns to the site, they look very new as far as their activity goes.
