I'm not sure if im paranoid or something, but isnt this quite weird. Check out these 2 people commenting on these different games.

Seems like the same person but with 2 different accounts? Is this allowed? If it was something like "thank you" its common and pretty normal, but like "win game" seems weird that the same person wouldnt write, maybe he is just stupid.. or maybe i am :S

It's not fair for everyone else is it? (; Do you use 2 users aswell ?

its not fair but I don't think is that easy to make a second account on sg, you need a second steam account with real value games(100$?) no freebies, to be able to make an account here.

do i need to answer the second question?

When you think about all of the traders that use sites like this, it's not that hard to have a secondary account (or more than one) with $100 worth of games. I have some non-bundle games that I didn't activate because I plan on giving them as gifts. Imagine if I put them on my family sharing account and signed it up here. I wouldn't do that. But, of course there are unscrupulous people who do stuff like that. Those type of people appear in all walks of life.

It is better to just to monitor suspicious accounts if you see them and check if the second account is activating its wins or not using SGtools. That's generally a good indicator that someone is abusing the rules. Then report them to support when you have evidence. If both accounts are activating all of their wins, then it's still possible, but unlikely.

I'm not sure if the links in the OP are allowed. (Might be considered calling out).

It's also unfair toward other users to win so many games and not play them at all, but what do I know... 🤷‍♂️

This attitude leads to nowhere you want to go.

From what I recall its a bannable offense if you use more than 1 accounts

It is not allowed; But if you suspect that someone uses two accounts - don't write about that in discussions, create a support ticket instead.

If i make a discussion maybe more will report too, bigger chance to remove people like that:)

Steamgifts guidelines recommends to use support tickets for such issues. Previously people were banned for such discussions, I'm not sure if it's okay now with the new guidelines or not, but I prefer to stay on the safe side and follow the recommendations.

Nah, it's "calling out" and can get you suspended for doing this as well. You could be wrong, and the result will be that the user(s) you called out might get a whole slew of blacklists. If you're wrong, is that fair? I would advise you to delete the links in your original post. Instead, you should open a support ticket and send them the links.

You can publicly describe what someone was doing if you want to ask a question about whether it's breaking rules, but not name or link them on the forums. You should send any evidence of suspected wrongdoing directly to support.

Do you know what "admins" will see? A support ticket.

I suspect this is sheer coincidence. The chance that someone would win their own giveaway when there are over 900 other entrants is extremely unlikely.

It looks more like they are using a single bot.
In my giveaways, sometimes different people also leave very similar messages.
think it's a coincidence

lose game

It probably went like this:

  1. A user, let's call her Alice, wins a game and then writes "win game" as a reminder to send her the key.
  2. The giveaway creator, let's call him Bob, first sees the message.
  3. Later he sends the key and sees the "win game" comment from Alice.
  4. Bob makes a mistake and thinks the comment was made before the giveaway ended.
  5. Bob thinks: "win game" is something like a password that affects the results of the giveaway. Whoever writes it first, wins!
  6. Bob writes "win game" in a giveaway.
  7. Bob doesn't win.

So... whenever a person types "send bobs" and sends it, totally coincidentally to a female it actually means they are reminding the recipient to send the won game to the said Bob-person?
