As for OP's question- it's a small(-ish) browser game called Torquing! (which doesn't seem to wanna work properly now because Java). The final achievement involves beating the whole game (not just the 2 free worlds, the entire game) without dying while collecting 8 letters, some of which are in VERY tricky places.
