I'm lame at coming up with names, but Germand shepherd are great dogs, I hope you'll post pics ^^
I had one who died 3 years ago, it was a really great dog. Loyal, well trained but playful, and he had the biggest badass paws I have ever seen on a dog.

Echo, Enyo, Erebus, Eos are what I could come up with. Echo is my favorite

"It has to be a name with E"...Well shit...I would have said Rex but fuck it :D Well everything that came in my mind was already said so yea...Sorry :/

First German name that came to my mind which starts with E would be Eike (similar to Ike) .

Erik is rather a Scandinavian name, just saying. Though in English Erich and Erik are pronounced mostly the same, you can go with Erich.
