I am to lazy to do multiple accounts only to do a little savings, and then i need to manage multiple accounts. I could also farm on multiple steam but dont do it from the same reason ;). Other thing is a morality;).

Yeah I don't have steam farming accounts either probably could be a lot higher level if I did but yeah morality of both things is the thing that stops from doing so. Just think HB should give some loyalty reward to people that buy their bundle, while there are probably quite a few dicks going around the system

Totally agree that a loyalty system would be great. Even if it's just a 10 cent discount for every month you are subscribed (max like 2 euro discount or something).

Yes I believe so. But you need to have a coupon for NEW subscribers on that new account, and you can't send coupons from one account to another. Also, I would think it would look suspicious of you created too many accounts with the same payment options
I also don't think it's worth it. You pay $1 to get a coupon (buy tier 1 of any HB bundle for $1 and get 10% coupon for Hb monthly bundle). But 10% off of the Hb monthly is only $1.20. So you are only saving $0.20. In my opinion, it's not worth your time or effort. I say it's kind of a waste of time to go through al other work to create a new account, buy a bundle to get a coupon, use that coupon to buy another bundle.
As I said, it's not worth saving $0.20 just to try to get the bundle. You are better off putting your efforts saving money elsewhere. It's not worth creating a new account for each new monthly bundle just to save $0.20 each time. And again, coupons are NOT transferable between accounts.

If you were going to buy a bundle with the voucher in it anyway, means it's a $1.20 saving so is like USD12.00 a year, yeah if your just buying a bundle just for the voucher isn't really worth, the fees would be more than 20c your trying to save in that case & you'd be loosing money

I find it interesting that when there's AMAZING early unlocks people go on about how, as a result, the other games probably won't be as good. But when there's not a totally amazing unlock? It's just complaints all-round and the said logic doesn't seem to be applied. People really like hating humble monthly. :P

I wonder if the tendency to be down on Humble Monthly isn't, at least partly, a predictable psychological thing:
There's an interesting psychology experiment I was reading about recently where people were asked how much they'd pay for a set of china dishes. One group was shown a set of dishes in good shape, another was shown the same set plus a few obviously chipped dishes. Oddly, the presence of the chipped dishes lowered people's assessment of the value of the whole set--they judged the in tact items to be worth less when a damaged item was grouped with them. (Which makes no sense, adding an item shouldn't impact the value of the others at all.)
The experiment's been repeated in various contexts. One researcher ran it with baseball cards. It turns out people tend, when not being careful, to asses value as a kind of average rather than a sum. Instead of viewing each item as adding a bit of value, they take a kind of average in their heads of the values they assign to the items. Contrary to logic, taking items away can actually make collections of things seem to be worth more!
How does this apply here? Well each month people get a set of games they didn't choose. Some are great, some are good, some which people don't like. I suspect the duds make people feel like the good items are worth less. Just like in the case of the china dishes, the less attractive items skew perception about the value of the others. This means that, at a gut level at least, many people will feel like they're getting a worse deal than they are.
Combine that with the bit of anxiety that goes along with not knowing what you're getting, and perhaps it explains a lot of the Humble grumbling.

This is certainly something you can apply to bundle services like this. Lootcrate is a service that gives you a bunch of random stuff each month, and one month we got an inflatable crown, the kind that you would see at a burger king or something. People hated it, and anytime someone rants about something negative about lootcrate they'll shoehorn in a joke about the inflatable crown. Many people downright said that the crate of that month would have been better without the crown at all, since you can't focus on the cool items when you're baffled by the inclusion of an inflatable crown.
If the crown didn't exist and the crate of that month had 1 less item, it would have been a "meh" or "ok" crate, but by including something so cheap and tacky they've doomed themselves to be forever known as "the guys who sent people inflatable crowns".

Unsubscribing and then using a coupon does actually seem to work. I unsubscribed a few weeks ago and now got a coupon for new subscribers in the latest bundle. The price is showing as $10.80 now instead of the usual $12 so it does seem to work and I even went to the checkout screen and it still showed as $10.80.

oh, I just looked into my coupon inventory, ... it seems the coupon is applicable for current subscribers and new subscribers ... so ... if you remembered WHICH coupon you used (if it was JUST for new subscribers, or usable by BOTH), then that would be very helpful. Because in the event that you did use a coupon meant for new and old subscribers, then unsubbing and then subscribing again wouldn't work because the system would still see that you were an old subscriber before.

The actual bundle page states it's just for new subscribers. But the text shows the same as yours and doesn't actually specify its for new subscribers. Also the only bundle i've bought from them in a long time is the pc + android bundle so that's definitely were the coupon came from. I don't know whats going on here then :P

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number - will almost definitely be in a regular humble bundle sometime.
Divinity: Original Sin - nope, it would probably be a headliner.
Invisible Inc. & Satellite Reign - possible candidates, well regarded but not so well known and they've had big discounts.
Axiom Verge - doubt it. like above but better rated still, the audience into these games knows it, and it hasn't seen big discounts.
Shovel Knight - no chance. same for games like binding of isaac, undertale, stardew valley, etc that people think will get in. not from a big publisher, so well known & regarded, no incentive to bundle them.
That's as far as inclusion in >a< monthly bundle goes. But who can say, I never expected something like Wasteland 2. More traders and resellers are in on this as the months go by which must hurt HBs ability to get good stuff in there.

Hi rachellove, a little pet peeve of mine that I'm sure most people don't notice or care about - but the US is currently in daylight time so it would really be 10 AM PDT. Again, most people probably don't notice and time check web sites probably auto-fill/correct this, but well, there it is.

A: No, you will not be eligible for refunds after the games have been revealed. You can try to contact support and request a refund, but you probably won't get your money back after the bundle goes live.
If I'm not mistaken, you can only get a refund if you request one 1 WEEK BEFORE THE BUNDLE GOES LIVE (June 24 for the July bundle, and May 27th for the June bundle).
