i give away a game , but the winner doesn't answer , now what?

what do you do in this cases? i mean, he didn't even thank, and i already sent the key to his email. and i just have this feeling like what i did isnt being appreciated. Im new here by the way

Keep trying to contact them. If they still do not respond, after 7 days submit a re-roll request with proof that you attempted to contact them.

This is why a lot of people prefer adding the person on Steam directly rather than sending gifts and keys via e-mail.

It represents a bit more work but you also make sure the person gets it and activates it.

It can sometimes be useful to make screenshots to later provide evidence that you tried to contact the winner... Not that I think it's absolutely necessary, I've never been unable to contact any of my winners.
