WL recruitment

I have a quite good WL that i try to share games with at least twice a month.
After some cleaning i fell under 100 WL members and i need to fill it up.
So, the new candidates for my WL have to have the following characteristics:

• Level 5+
• Making at least 1 "whitelist only" GA per month
• Making at least 1 "Whitelist + group" GA per month (This is not needed if the user makes 2+ "WL only" GAs/month)
• Having a sent/receive ratio or a CV ratio of at least 0.8

Whitelisting me back is not necessary but would be appreciated.
Those rules are not strict and can be stretched a bit if i believe that the candidate deserves to be in my WL.
Arcsurvivor will also add about 20-30 of the users that i will choose for my WL to his whitelist as well. The criteria are the same.
