How do you get rid of the "Hooray, *Blanks* games are now available for you to play!" Message?

So I installed some of my friend's games today, and now every five minutes This stupid pop-up from steam shows up saying I can finally play his games. And yet, unlike any other Steam popup, I cannot click this one and It's in a screwed up typeset. Anyone else experience this and/or know how to fix it?

Oh, that sounds familiar. I think you get that message every time someone in your family sharing stops playing a game. If you find a way to turn it off, do let us know... :)

By not using Family Sharing or playing in offline mode. So annoying.
