Steam down for anyone right now?

Steam seems to be down for me. Anyone else have this problem?

Edit: Also earlier I tried to redeem a giftable copy of portal that I won but steam froze when I tried to activate it. So then I reopened steam and it wasn't in my library. I tried it again and it said that the product was already redeemed. Do you guys think it will download when the servers are back up?

weird thing is that i played a cs:go match until the end with the rest of the players, when i returned to lobby it said reconnect or abandon. i hope this shit won't get me banned.
