I gifted a racial justice bundle to a friend. They did not have a humble bundle account, and they said they didn't want the humble choice subscription. So I decided I would claim it on a different e-mail of mine. So far there is the gifter's email, the giftee's, and a new humble account.

When I login with this new account and try to claim the page it says : "Check your Email to Finish Claiming
A link has been sent to this order's email address. Check your email to continue the process."

Yet I am not receiving any e-mail, my friend also received nothing in his e-mail.. Can I not claim the page unless it's my frriend that claims it with his original email that received the gift?

Did you get a receipt?

If it was fr a specific email address, don't try claiming it for yourself.

I did get a receipt, and my friend got the "xxxx sent you a gift, click here to redeem it", they gave me the link after they got all the keys. I assumed this link could be claimed by anyone to get the free humble choice coupon. Is it necessary that THEY claim it?

You need to contact HB support as the giftee saying you were not able to receive the email. They'll get back to you and request that you have the gifter contact them as well to confirm.
After that I assume they provide the giftee with a link.
This happens sometimes. Had it happen to one of my giftees not too long ago as well.

Edit: I'm pretty sure you'll need the giftee to be the original e-mail the gift was sent to, but I haven't had any experience with that. In either case if neither account received the e-mail, you'll need to contact support to get anywhere.

I hoped it wouldn't come to this, as I'm a bit scared of contacting support, since person 3 is just me with a different email... Thanks though, I'll see if there's something else I can do before I contact them.
