That is right, but it's not like i am suspending them, just reporting them, i'm sure the mods can check that

That doesn't matter. Checking if someone has been suspended for the same thing before takes some seconds. However, getting false reports and going through someone's profile for a while just to realize they are just fine takes quite a while.

Exactly, most people just dont understand being part of the community, they rather do stupid things profit for a while and get banned rather then having patience, becoming intricate part of the community and then reaping the fruit for a long time.
