Duplicate giveaway creation issue

The site slowness causes multiple giveaways of the same giveaway? Not sure if it was the root cause but it could just be timing. I only meant to post 1 HIB#2, if someone can fix this that'll be appreciated.

There should be some way to filter out the exact same giveaway from trying to be posted multiple times in a short timespan. Maybe a notification asking if you would like to consolidate it into one giveaway if that's what you meant or to discard the unwanted duplicates.
