Send ticket in explaining the problem, wait up to several months for CG to list it received. No one else in Support can do it and CG has other stuff that take priority.

Wow no wonder I see so much hate and bad reviews for this place if it takes seven months for them to answer tickets wow

That is being unfair, the 'hate and bad reviews' are only based on the smallest things, this community has such great things around and people are only focusing on the bad aspects

And those bad aspects have a reason, admins/mods/wtv are working in a better and improved version of this site, and beside that they also have a job, family, friends, AND A LIFE .

There are 705,000 members, imagine if half made a ticket.. Yeah exactly too many tickets for someone who has its personal and professional life.. So those 'reviewers', if they are not pleased with what is being done for them, can just

fuck off

If this is the giveaway that ended over a week ago, you'll have to contact support, but if it's the ones that ended 23 hours ago, you'll have to wait another 6 days.

I can see why you would want it sorted. Personally, I would hate it as it stands out as a black mark against your integrity, even though the game has been received, verified and even played, days ago. But I've not had many giveaways created, long story, won't go in to detail, just note that an ex-wife can really fuck your disability benefits over when they move out and are feeling especially spiteful. Hopefully, sometime soon, my money will have stabilized again and I may even be able to afford a few giveaways after Christmas and New Year, (sorry, I have a 12 year old daughter and a 6 year old son, their presents come first right now. I apologise if this seems selfish of me but I really do struggle at the moment and am getting presents for them as and when I can right now). After New Year and Christmas, I might have a bit extra left over in the coffers after the weekly financial demands have been met.

looks like there was something on your mind :) I don't see why you would have to explain yourself to us, it goes without saying that your kids are first priority.

Contacting support, though good advice, will not instantly solve your problem. What we advise on these situations is to contact the winner, if possible, since it's quite usual for users to be unaware that they need to mark their win as Received or how to do that (especially if it's their first win). You can contact them through mail with a few steps of how to mark their win as Received (include links if possible, just in case they cannot understand the language well), or, even better, add them through Steam to walk them through it. That happens quite often and is easily resolved by contacting them directly, which will be must faster than waiting for a manual adjustment.

Do contact support, as well, just if this works out, it will be faster.
